Heather Dick
Heather has been passionate about movement since her early teens, with over 25 years of experience in fitness. Her journey has taken her through personal training, certifications in children's yoga (ages 12 and under) and adaptive yoga for adults with disabilities, and most recently, becoming a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor.
She believes movement should be challenging, uplifting, and accessible to everyone. Whether you're stepping onto the reformer for the very first time or looking to level up your practice, Heather is passionate about meeting each client where they are and creating a class that feels supportive, empowering, and fun.
Known for her high-energy teaching style and welcoming approach, her goal is simple: to help every client leave feeling stronger, more confident, more grounded, and genuinely excited to come back. For Heather, there's nothing better than seeing people discover what their bodies are capable of; she's always happiest when she's in the studio, sharing that experience with others.
